That Beautiful Imbalance are currently working on some new songs, and the first of them has just gone up on Reverbnation
It’s a bit more lighthearted than usual and is called ‘At Her Majesty’s Pleasure’. It owes a lot to the Finals of the BBC Lincolnshire Folk Song Competition last year with a mention of Spilsby (where the finals took place) in it! It’s all about a rotten busker who keeps getting run out of town and is always in trouble with the law. Don’t know that it will ever make the major charts, but it can’t fail to catch on with Folk fans. It’s style is somewhere between The Pogues and the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band !!!!!
That Beautiful Imbalance are now on Reverbnation !
There are five That Beautiful Imbalance tracks up in total, varying in style from:-
Alternative/Indie Rock/Pop: Midair, As If Butter Wouldn’t Melt, Bit Late For Bashful, Cloudwatching
To Progressive Folk: Canary Pit Widows.
